Questions, answered
What to know before a demo.
Does Rentatrix replace our property-management software?
No. Rentatrix works alongside the systems you already use, adding a focused operating queue for maintenance coordination and utility-bill tracking.
Which utility providers are supported?
Provider coverage is specific to each portfolio and is confirmed during the demo. PDF upload provides a review path when automated retrieval is not available.
Does Rentatrix pay utility bills for us?
No. Rentatrix tracks bills for payment, including due dates and mark-paid status, but does not execute payments.
What does onboarding include?
The pilot starts with workflow setup, portfolio configuration, and a review of the module and provider coverage selected for your team.
How are utility-portal credentials handled?
Utility-portal credentials are encrypted. During the demo, we can review the retrieval workflow and the operational access your team needs.
How long is the early-access pilot?
The initial commitment is three months. Early access is limited to selected US property-management firms while the launch modules are being introduced.
Limited early access
Bring your most fragmented workflow to the demo.
We’ll review the module fit, portfolio scope, and provider coverage with your team.
