This policy explains what information the Rentatrix marketing site collects through demo requests, how we use it, and how to contact us about that information.

Information submitted with a demo request
When you request a demo, the site asks for seven fields:
- Work email
- Full name
- Company name
- Role
- Approximate portfolio size
- Current property-management software
- Modules of interest
The request may also preserve the call-to-action source, landing page, and campaign attribution parameters so we can understand which page or campaign led to the inquiry.
How information is used and delivered
We use this information to evaluate pilot fit, respond to the request, prepare a relevant product conversation, and improve the early-access process. Demo requests are delivered through contracted email delivery providers acting on our behalf. We do not sell the submitted information or use it for third-party advertising.
Marketing-site data boundary
The marketing site does not collect resident or tenant data, utility-account data, property operating records, or payment data. Do not include that information in a demo request.
Retention and your requests
Demo-request information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, evaluate early-access participation, maintain appropriate business records, and meet applicable obligations. You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with your request, subject to applicable requirements.
